The Event Center
The Event Center at Sonoma Mountain Village is the perfect place for group gatherings. Whether you have a wedding reception for 400 or a board meeting of 12, we can accommodate you.

The Plaza Room

A spacious room with large windows, the Plaza Room is the perfect spot for a wedding reception, birthday or anniversary party, charity events, or large seminars. The Plaza Room can accommodate up to 500 people for dance parties or standing room events, 325 with banquet seating, or 400 with theater seating. Our facility use fee for Saturdays is $750, which includes use of the Plaza Room and the tables and chairs.

The Board Rooms 1 & 2
This versatile room can be used as either one larger room or separated into two smaller rooms, depending on your needs. The Board Rooms are the perfect setting for weekly meetings, business or service group meetings, small business gatherings, and community meetings.
Together, the two rooms can hold  between 50-100 people depending on the set up. Separately, they can hold 20-50 people each depending on the set up.
