Sally Tomatoes Deli in downtown Cotati opened in October of 2005. Created by long-time restaurant-operators Gerard Guidice and Bill Pettibone. They have been quickly embraced by the surrounding communities, largely due their vibrant personalities and generosity when it comes to charitable causes.
Bill and Gerard started working together in 1993 in Marin County with the Club Restaurant at McInnis Park Golf Center. In 1999, they opened the Quail Inn at Oakmont Golf Club together, and later, Russell Ramsay's Chop House in Santa Rosa.
In 2007, Bill and Gerard expanded Sally Tomatoes by opening a state-of-the art catering facility and event center located in the Sonoma Mountain Village, a growing green-community development just down the road from Sonoma State University.

Gerard is known as the Big Tomato by Cotati locals.
Bill Pettibone has been running restaurants in Marin and Sonoma Counties for years.
